The quickest way to schedule your appointment is by calling the office at (870) 335-2172. Our team is prepared to answer any questions you may have regarding insurance verification, offered services, or appointment times. For non-urgent questions, or for more information on our services, you may also fill out the "Contact Us" form, and a member of our team will reach out to you. 

When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our team members at the front desk and asked to fill out our new patient intake forms if not already completed prior to the appointment. After completing the paperwork, you will be welcomed into one of our treatment rooms for examination and evaluation. If the doctor feels that x-rays are necessary,  x-ray imaging will be performed in-office as part of the examination. Following the exam, the doctor will explain the findings, diagnosis, and administer the first treatment in the same day. Each patient is unique, therefore, treatment plans and frequency are customized to your exact needs depending on your presentation and exam findings. As treatment progresses, treatment plans are modified catering to restoring optimal function and releasing the patient from care. 

Your initial examination will include a review of your health history and current complaints as well as palpation, orthopedic and neurological testing, and x-ray examination or any other testing deemed clinically necessary. These tests and exams are performed to ensure accurate diagnosis and determine if chiropractic care is the right choice for you.
